How to make a booking

• Fill in the flight booking form above, or request one from our flight booking team, or download it straight from our website. Complete and return via fax or e-mail.
• Once we’ve received your flight booking form, a fully comprehensive quotation will be sent to you.
• Once you’ve signed and accepted the quotation and your 30% non-refundable deposit reflects in our account, the aircraft will be booked and a provisional booking confirmation will be sent to you.
• Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance of payment, your tickets will be issued to you. NB! This 70% balance of payment is to be made no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure.
